When a person met with an accident by some or other reason and that to by the mistake of the other people then he must go for the accident claims. So some of the tips while this are: -
1. Carefully read the full agreement: one must always read the whole document very carefully and each and every point must be carefully noticed. By taking the help of no win no fee solicitors there is nothing to pay as all the compensation will be made by the insurance company of the losing party. But one shouldn’t take in this mind that there is no chance of losing the case if he is the sufferer. Sometimes the fee charged by the solicitors is too high that a normal person can’t afford to bear it and also to heal his injuries. One must always check that in the contract is there any facility of 100% compensation of the injuries of the sufferer. Even after the reduction a full amount must be provided to the sufferer at least for his injuries. Moreover all the solicitor’s fees must be paid by opponent’s party company.
2. Always check the conditions if the sufferer loses: according to this policy there is nothing to be paid even if sufferer loses his case. But the truth can be sometimes different. In the agreement generally there is mention only about the winning side of the case, most of the solicitors didn’t discuss about losing side. But you must always go for both cases.
